- I agree to pay Tara McGillicuddy, Director of ADDClasses.com $247 for the 6 week program ENHANCED Adult ADD BootCamp which begins on 5/1/2013 at 9:00 pm EASTERN (New York Time) .
- I understand that Tara McGillicuddy, ADDClasses.com, and Linda Hillger are not responsible for any decisions I make after enrolling in the Adult ADD BootCamp.
- I understand that I must be over the age of 18.
- I understand that long distance telephone charges may apply. I understand that it’s best to call in using a regular land line telephone and that cell phones and VOIP services may or may not be reliable.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain my own computer to be able to use the Adult ADD BootCamp members-only web site. This includes keeping it free from Viruses and Spyware and making sure that my temporary internet files and cookies have been cleared recently.
- I understand that is best to register using a regular computer and that registering with a smartphone or tablet may cause problems with my registration.
- I understand that NO REFUNDS will be given and that there are no class transfers.
